1、“Works” means the Permanent Works and the Temporary Works or either of them as appropriate.

“工程”指永久工程和臨時工程或視情況為兩者之一的任一性質(zhì)的工程。

2、“Permanent Works” means the permanent works to be executed (including Plant) in accordance with the Contract.

3、“Temporary Works” means all temporary works of every kind (other than Contractor’ Equipment) required in or about the execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of any defects therein.

4、 “Plant” means machinery, apparatus and the like intended to form or forming part of the Permanent Works.

5、“Contractor’s Equipment” means all appliances and things of whatsoever nature (other than Temporary Works) required for the execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of any defects therein, but does not include Plant, materials or other things intended to form or forming part of the Permanent Works.

“承包商的設(shè)備”指在工程實(shí)施、完成及修補(bǔ)其任何缺陷的過程中所需的全部裝置和任何性質(zhì)的物品（臨時工程除外），但不包括已預(yù)定構(gòu)成或正在構(gòu)成永久工程一部分的機(jī)械、儀器以及類似的設(shè)備。

6、 “Section” means a part of the Works specifically identified in the Contract as a Section.

7、“Site” means the places provided by the Employer where the Works are to be executed and any other places as may be specifically designated in the Contract as forming part of the Site.
